# Plans

Your plan sets what your account can do: how much you can track, and which capabilities are switched on. There are four tiers — **Starter**, **Growth**, **Scale**, and **Enterprise**. For current prices and exactly what each tier includes, the [pricing page](/pricing) is the source of truth; this page explains what a plan governs and how to manage yours.

## What your plan governs

A plan sets a handful of quotas and switches:

- **Prompts** — how many you can track per project.
- **Competitors** — how many brands you can benchmark against.
- **Engines** — every plan tracks up to three engines per project; which engines are available depends on your plan. See [Engines](/docs/engines).
- **Brands and projects** — how many you can run.
- **Team members** — how many seats your workspace has. See [Team & roles](/docs/team).
- **Credit allowance** — the monthly credits included for [audits](/docs/audits). See [Credits](/docs/credits).
- **History** — how far back your data is kept.
- **Features** — whether capabilities like sentiment analysis and audits are included.

## Choosing a tier

- **Starter** is entry-level brand tracking across your engines.
- **Growth** adds the tools to act on what you find — fuller competitor tracking, sentiment analysis, and audits.
- **Scale** is built for agencies managing a handful of brands.
- **Enterprise** is for larger needs — [talk to us](/pricing) for a custom plan.

## Managing your plan

Plan and billing live in **Settings → Billing**. From there you can:

- **Change plan** — upgrade or downgrade. On annual plans, upgrades are billed pro-rata mid-cycle; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- **Manage billing** — open the billing portal to update payment details, see invoices, and download receipts.

A few things worth knowing:

- You can bill **monthly or annually**; annual is discounted.
- **Cancelling** is self-serve and has no fees — monthly plans end at the next billing date, annual plans run to the end of the term.
- We bill in **GBP, EUR, or USD**.
- Billing actions — changing plan, viewing invoices — are limited to the account **owner**. See [Team & roles](/docs/team).
