# Team & roles

Voxoria is built for teams. You can invite colleagues into your workspace and give each the right level of access — from read-only to full control.

## Roles

There are four roles, each building on the one below it:

- **Viewer** — read-only. Can see every dashboard, report, and audit, but can't change anything.
- **Editor** — everything a viewer can do, plus manage what's tracked: add and edit prompts, manage competitors, update brand details, and run [audits](/docs/running-an-audit).
- **Admin** — everything an editor can do, plus manage the workspace: create and remove projects, invite teammates, and change their roles.
- **Owner** — full control, including billing — changing [plan](/docs/plans), buying [credits](/docs/credits), and viewing invoices.

## Inviting a teammate

1. Go to **Settings → Members**.
2. Click **Invite member**.
3. Enter their **email address**, choose the **role** they should have, and pick the **scope** of their access (see below).
4. Click **Send invitation**.

They'll get an email with a link to join. Until they accept, they show as **pending** in your members list. From that same list you can change someone's role or remove them later.

## Workspace vs project access

When you invite someone, you decide how much they can see:

- **Whole workspace** — access to every project in the workspace, at the role you choose.
- **A single project** — access limited to just that project, so you can bring in a client or a specialist without exposing everything else.

Agencies running several workspaces under one account can also grant **account-wide** access for people who need to work across all of them.

Inviting members and assigning roles requires admin or owner access yourself.
