Billing

Voxoria bills per call, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no seat count.

Each account has one balance. Everyone on the account draws on it, and so does every agent you give an API key.

A call costs what the data provider charges for it, plus a 7% platform fee. The total is drawn from your balance.

An example, with a made-up provider cost:

Amount
Provider cost $0.0200
Platform fee (7%) $0.0014
Drawn from your balance $0.0214

These are example figures, not prices. Provider prices are not published yet.

GET /v1/ping and GET /v1/tools call no provider, so they draw nothing. A tool call draws on your balance. A retry that carries the same Idempotency-Key as a call that already succeeded draws nothing: see Retry a call safely.

A new account starts with $1 in its balance, once, to try it. After that you add funds, and calls draw on the balance.

A call the balance cannot cover is refused. Your API key stays valid, and nothing else about the account changes. Add funds and calls go through again.

Billing belongs to the account owner. Other roles cannot add funds or see invoices.

A budget caps spending. When it is reached, further calls are refused.

Spend analytics show what was spent by provider, by API key and over time.

Budgets and spend analytics are not open yet. We have not published a date.
