Credits
Credits are the prepaid units you spend on actions inside Voxoria. Today, the only thing that uses credits is a GEO audit, which costs 100 credits per run. Everything else — tracking prompts, reading your dashboards, adding competitors — is covered by your plan and doesn’t touch credits.
Your monthly allowance
Section titled “Your monthly allowance”Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, granted automatically at the start of each billing period. The amount depends on your plan — see the pricing page.
Your included allowance is meant to be used within the period: unused plan credits don’t roll over to the next month, so it’s worth running the audits you’ve paid for before your period resets.
Topping up
Section titled “Topping up”If you need more than your monthly allowance, you can buy extra credits at any time from Settings → Billing. Top-up credits are added to your balance immediately and stay valid for 12 months from purchase, so they’re there when you need them. Where to see your balance
Section titled “Where to see your balance”Your current balance lives in Settings → Billing, broken down by where the credits came from — your plan allowance, any top-ups, and trial credits. If some of your credits are due to expire soon, Voxoria shows a heads-up there so they don’t lapse unnoticed.
When credits expire
Section titled “When credits expire”- Plan allowance — expires at the end of each billing period (no roll-over).
- Top-up credits — valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Trial credits — expire when your free trial ends.
