Quickstart
This walkthrough takes you from signup to a fully configured project that’s tracking how AI answer engines talk about your brand. Most steps are auto-generated for you; you just review and confirm. For the terminology used here, see Core concepts.
Step 1 — Create your account
Section titled “Step 1 — Create your account”Sign up and verify your email, then start your 14-day Starter trial — no card required. The trial includes 100 promo credits, enough to run your first audit.
Step 2 — Create your workspace
Section titled “Step 2 — Create your workspace”Set up your workspace (your organization). This is where your project and team live.
Step 3 — Enter your domain
Section titled “Step 3 — Enter your domain”Type your website domain. This anchors the whole setup: Voxoria uses it to identify your brand and find your competitors.
Step 4 — Choose your engines
Section titled “Step 4 — Choose your engines”Pick which AI answer engines to track — up to three per project. Voxoria tracks the major AI answer engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. The engines available to you depend on your plan.
Step 5 — Confirm your brand
Section titled “Step 5 — Confirm your brand”Voxoria scrapes your site and automatically extracts your brand — its name and a short overview of what you do. Review what it found and edit anything that’s off. If it picked up the wrong brand entirely, you can restart with a different domain.
Step 6 — Review competitors
Section titled “Step 6 — Review competitors”Voxoria suggests competitors based on your brand and market. Review the list, remove any that don’t fit, and add your own. This set defines who you’re benchmarked against in share of voice and other competitive metrics.
Step 7 — Review your prompts
Section titled “Step 7 — Review your prompts”Voxoria generates suggested prompts — the buyer questions it will track daily — grouped into topics and scoped per country. Review them, regenerate a country’s set if you want a fresh batch, and add your own questions. These prompts are the heart of your project: each one is a question Voxoria will ask the engines on your behalf.
Step 8 — Finish
Section titled “Step 8 — Finish”Click Finish and you’ll land on your dashboard.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Tracking runs as a separate daily pipeline. Once a day, overnight (around 02:00 UTC), Voxoria runs every active prompt against each of your engines and captures one answer per prompt, per engine — the basis for all your analytics.
Your dashboard will be empty until that first scheduled run completes, so don’t worry if there’s no data the moment you finish. Your first answers appear after the next run, and most teams see meaningful data within a few days as more daily runs accumulate.
From there, watch your visibility and share of voice, see which sources AI engines cite, and run an audit on any prompt to get a prioritised plan for improving your standing. For what each of those terms means, head to Core concepts.
